Hi, I’m Isaac, and along with my wife Sophie we’re the lead pastors here at Sanctuary, and we’re so glad to have you visit our page! Sophie and I have been married since 2019, and in 2022, we were blessed with our beautiful daughter, Norah, who keeps us on our toes and fills our home with so much joy. I grew up in South Brisbane, while Sophie made the big move from the UK to Australia 15 years ago. We first met while serving in youth ministry at the local Baptist church and later continued serving together at our local INC church. From the very beginning, our hearts have been anchored in the desire to love and serve our local community.

In 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor of Ministry and have spent the last eight years pastoring with Elevation Church Australia in both the Redlands and Gold Coast Locations, before taking the exciting step to plant Sanctuary in September 2024. Sophie, meanwhile, has a heart for shaping the next generation. She’s currently completing her Bachelor of Early Childhood while working in the sector. She’s passionate not only about children’s education, but advocating for their social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
